Account and Login​

Where can I download the Perigma app?​

You can download Perigma from these platforms:

  • Android: Google Play Store
  • iOS: Apple App Store
  • Windows: Microsoft Store
  • Web: Access from any modern browser at app.perigma.com

What is my join code and how do I get it?​

A join code is a 6-digit code sent by your institution via SMS. You use it to activate your account and join the institution. If you did not receive it, contact your institution administration.

I forgot my password. What should I do?​

  1. Click "Forgot Password" on the login screen
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Click the reset link sent to your email
  4. Set a new password

How does two-factor authentication (2FA) work?​

When 2FA is enabled, you must enter a 6-digit code generated by Google Authenticator (or a similar app) in addition to your password at login. This provides stronger account security.

Student Questions​

How can I view my assignments?​

Go to My Assignments from the left menu to see all assignments given to you. You can filter active, submitted, and overdue assignments.

When are my exam results announced?​

Exam results appear automatically after your teacher enters them. You receive a notification when results are published.

How can I check my attendance?​

Go to My Attendance from the left menu to view daily, monthly, or term-based attendance details.

What is the Pomodoro timer?​

Pomodoro is a productivity technique based on 25 minutes of focus + 5 minutes of break cycles. In Perigma, you can use this timer to track your study time.

How do I create goals?​

From My Goals, you can create daily, weekly, or monthly question/time goals. Your progress is displayed visually as you complete them.

Guardian Questions​

How can I see my child's attendance?​

Go to Attendance from the left menu to view your child's absentee history in detail.

How can I send a payment notice?​

  1. Go to Payments
  2. Select the installment you want to pay
  3. Click "Send Payment Notice"
  4. Upload your receipt photo and submit

How can I manage multiple children in the app?​

All your children are listed automatically in My Students. Select the student you want to follow and access related data.

Can I receive absentee notifications?​

Yes. If enabled in institution settings, you receive automatic SMS notifications when your child is absent.

Teacher Questions​

How do I take attendance?​

  1. Go to Attendance -> Attendance Sessions
  2. Select group and date
  3. Mark each student status (Present, Absent, Late, Excused)
  4. Click "Save"

How do I create an assignment?​

  1. Go to Assignments
  2. Click "New Assignment"
  3. Enter course, group, title, and description
  4. Add files if needed
  5. Set due date
  6. Click "Save"

How do I enter exam results?​

  1. Go to Exams
  2. Select the related exam
  3. Enter results manually or upload a CSV file

Technical Issues​

The app does not open. What should I do?​

  1. Fully close and reopen the app
  2. Restart your device
  3. Make sure you are using the latest app version
  4. If the issue continues, uninstall and reinstall the app
  5. If you are using the web version, clear your browser cache or try app.perigma.com in a different browser

I am not receiving SMS/email updates. How can I fix this?​

  1. Verify that the relevant institution SMS/email settings are enabled
  2. Check that your phone number and email address are up to date
  3. Check carrier SMS blocks and email spam/junk folders

My data is not syncing. What should I do?​

Check your internet connection. Perigma requires an active connection for synchronization. Data is synced automatically after the connection is restored.
