Study Sessions

The study sessions module lets you plan supervised study hours and one-to-one special lesson sessions for students. Accessible to Administrator, Manager, and Teacher roles.


Session List

Go to Academic Operations -> Study Sessions from the left menu.

Filtering

  • Staff (teacher)
  • Date
  • Status (Scheduled, Completed, Canceled)

Creating a New Session

  1. Click "New Session"
  2. Fill details:

Session Types

Adding Participants

Add by Group

  1. Click "Add Group"
  2. Select group
  3. All group students are added automatically

Add Individually

  1. Click "Add Student"
  2. Select student
  3. Click "Save"

Session Statuses

StatusDescription
ScheduledSession is planned
CompletedSession finished
CanceledSession canceled

Participant Attendance

After a session:

  1. Open session detail
  2. Click "Take Attendance"
  3. Set participant status:
    • Unknown
    • Present
    • Absent
  4. Optionally add feedback
  5. Click "Save"

Student View

Students can view sessions under Mine -> My Study Sessions and mark attendance status where supported.
