Attendance Records

Attendance records provide a centralized view of absence/attendance data collected across all sessions. You can filter by student or by session in detail.

Viewing Attendance Records​

Go to Academic Operations -> Attendance Records to list all records.

Filters​

FilterDescription
SessionView records for a specific attendance session
StudentView all records for a specific student

Group Attendance View​

Use group attendance view for a collective picture of attendance status.

What You Can See​

  • Attendance statuses of all students in the group
  • Date-based attendance/absence details
  • Total absence count per student

Absence Statistics​

Attendance data is summarized in dashboard and student detail pages:

  • Total Lessons
  • Present Count
  • Absent Count
  • Late Count
  • Excused Count
Guardian visibility

Guardians can track their child's attendance in real time from Guardian Dashboard -> Attendance and can receive daily SMS summaries depending on institution settings.
