Student Contracts

The contracts module lets you create enrollment contracts with payment plans for students. Accessible to Administrator and Manager roles.


Contract List

Go to Finance and Collections -> Contracts from the left menu.

Filtering

  • Student filter
  • Status filter (Active, Frozen, Canceled, Completed)

Creating a New Contract

  1. Click "New Contract"
  2. Fill details:

Payment Plans

When installments are selected, records are generated automatically.


Contract Statuses

Contract Detail

Detail page includes:

  • Contract information
  • Installment plan and statuses
  • Payment notices submitted by guardian
