Assignment Management

The assignment module allows teachers to assign work to students, track submissions, and provide feedback. Accessible to Administrator, Manager, and Teacher roles.

Assignment List​

Go to Operations → Assignments from the left menu.

Filter Options​

  • Course
  • Subject
  • Assignment Type
  • Creator (teacher)

Creating a New Assignment​

  1. Click "New Assignment"
  2. Fill in assignment details:

  1. Click "Save"

Assignment Types​

Assignment Targets (Who Receives It?)​

After creating assignment, define recipients:

Individual Assignment​

  1. Open assignment detail
  2. Click "Add Target"
  3. Select Student and choose student

Group Assignment​

  1. Open assignment detail
  2. Click "Add Target"
  3. Select Group and choose group

File Attachments​

You can attach files (PDF, image, document):

  1. Open assignment detail
  2. Click "Add File"
  3. Select file from device

Students can download and review attached files.

Submission Tracking​

For each submission, you can see:

Providing Feedback​

  1. Open related submission
  2. Enter score (optional)
  3. Write feedback
  4. Click "Save"

Deleting an Assignment​

Open assignment detail, click "Delete", and confirm.

Deleting an assignment permanently removes all submissions and feedback related to it.
