The logo is shown in the application and exported reports. Recommended size: 200x200 pixels.

SMS And Communication Settings

SMS rules, Netgsm credentials, and SMS delivery logs are managed from Communication -> SMS Operations, not from this page.

  • Automatic SMS rules are managed in SMS Operations.
  • Institution Netgsm credentials are entered in SMS Operations.
  • Whether SMS is sent through institution Netgsm or HUMRIX SMS service is determined by the active subscription period.
  • There is no in-app SMS purchase or balance management flow.
  • See SMS Operations for the full workflow.

Institution Type

The institution type determines which tenant-specific interface rules and module visibility rules are applied.

  • Private School tenants keep the standard module set.
  • Cram School and Language School tenants do not show the Cafeteria module.
  • If the same user is linked to multiple tenants with different institution types, the menu refreshes for the selected tenant after each tenant switch.
info

The institution type can be displayed on the institution profile, but it can only be changed through the platform-side Super Admin flow. Institution administrators cannot edit it from inside the tenant.

Timezone

Setting the correct timezone is important because it affects:

  • attendance timestamps
  • study session and timetable scheduling
  • notification timing
  • date / time rendering in reports

Common timezones:

  • Europe/Istanbul (UTC+3)
  • Europe/London (UTC+0)
  • America/New_York (UTC-5)
  • Asia/Dubai (UTC+4)
